Digital Banking Project Manager

This position focuses on steering the implementation of digital projects that reshape operational workflows, service delivery, and customer interactions. The role serves a client within the service provider sector, acting as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Crafting and updating digital transformation strategies to support core business goals.
• Aligning all digital efforts with regulatory standards, business targets, and user expectations.
• Coordinating across IT, operations, sales, marketing, and finance departments to hit project milestones.
• Overseeing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Facilitating communication and collaboration between business units and IT departments.
• Handling relationships and contracts with external vendors.
• Spotting areas for improvement in digital services to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• A university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in managing agile digital transformation projects.
• Prior experience working within a service provider context.
• Fluent proficiency in both German (C1 level or higher) and English.
