IT Project Manager Digital Innovation Delivery

This position serves as an IT Digital Project Manager for a client operating in the professional services industry. The core objective is to lead digital and innovation efforts, ensuring that strategic initiatives are executed effectively to support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of digital and innovation IT projects, from start to finish, while maintaining control over scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop and implement strategies for digitalization and cloud adoption.
• Direct digital transformation efforts aimed at improving customer experiences and optimizing operational processes through new technologies.
• Work with IT specialists and architects to establish project scopes, define success metrics, and outline software development needs.
• Supervise the creation, testing, and launch of digital products, ensuring they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Track project status, anticipate potential risks, and apply mitigation tactics to maintain progress and financial targets.
• Facilitate the integration of new technologies into current business workflows.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment on objectives, and the removal of project obstacles.

Requirements

• A university degree in computer science or a closely related discipline.
• Professional proficiency in German at the C1 level or higher.
• Fluency in English.
• A solid technical foundation combined with proven project management skills in digital transformation contexts.
• Familiarity with contemporary IT architecture and software development practices.
• A deep understanding of digital tools, cloud computing, and current innovation trends.
