IT Project Manager – (Infrastructure - Applications - Digital Solutions)

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects through their full lifecycle, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, managing plans, milestones, budgets, and coordinating implementation, testing, go-live, and user adoption.
• Align clinical, technical, and commercial stakeholders, facilitate decisions, and steer external vendors and delivery partners.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalate critical topics early with mitigation proposals, and ensure projects meet governance, security, and quality requirements.
• Lead change, digital, and AI initiatives, drive the integration of newly acquired organizations, and look for opportunities to improve patient outcomes through technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing IT projects in complex, international environments.
• Strong technical foundation in infrastructure, applications, and digital solutions.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and execution skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Capacity to juggle competing priorities while keeping deadlines.
• Risk awareness, sound judgement, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• High level of ownership.
