Driver / Data Collector in Grabs, Switzerland

Tsmg seeks a Junior Driver / Data Collector in Grabs, Switzerland, to capture street-level images using 360 cameras for a global online map. The role involves driving assigned routes in public areas, with a project duration of 3 to 6 months. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be available for at least 3 months.

This position involves collecting high-quality visual data of streets, points of interest, and public areas across EU countries using vehicles equipped with 360-degree cameras. The data supports improvements to one of the world’s most widely used online maps. Routes focus on commercial and historical areas, with some locations requiring repeat visits due to weather. The project runs for 3 to 6 months and covers various collection zones.

Responsibilities

• Drive designated routes to capture images of streets, landmarks, and public spaces.
• Operate vehicles fitted with 360 cameras to record and save surrounding visuals.
• Report progress and any issues encountered during data collection.
• Use digital tools such as Gmail, Google Forms, Google Meet, and WhatsApp for communication and updates.

Requirements

• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrate strong driving skills and maintain a clean driving record.
• Be available for a minimum of 3 months.
• Show a high level of responsibility and self-motivation.
• Pay close attention to detail and enjoy driving during standard business hours.
