Driver / Data Collector in Rougemont, France

Tsmg seeks a Junior Driver / Data Collector in Rougemont, CH, for a 3-6 month contract to collect street-level images using 360-degree cameras mounted on vehicles. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, good driving skills, and be able to install cameras on vehicle roofs.

This role supports a project collecting high-quality images of streets, points of interest, and public areas across EU countries using vehicles equipped with 360-degree cameras. Data collectors will follow assigned routes, focusing on commercial and historical areas, and may revisit locations due to weather conditions to ensure optimal image quality.

Responsibilities

• Mount 360-degree cameras (weighing 6 kg and 1 metre tall) onto the roof of the assigned vehicle.
• Drive along designated routes to capture images of streets, public areas, and key landmarks.
• Use Gmail, Google Forms, Google Meet, and WhatsApp for daily communication and progress updates.
• Report any issues or delays encountered during data collection activities.

Requirements

• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Demonstrate strong driving abilities and safe driving practices.
• Be physically capable of installing cameras on vehicle roofs (6 kg, 1 m height).
• Commit to a minimum 3-month engagement.
• Maintain good physical health and stamina.
• Show high reliability and responsibility in daily tasks.
• Be self-driven and attentive to detail.
• Possess strong communication and reporting abilities.
• Be comfortable using digital tools including Gmail, Google Forms, Google Meet, and WhatsApp.

• Access to a private, monitored parking space for the company vehicle.
