Aventit AG seeks a Mid-level Dynamics 365 Developer in Zürich to build ERP/CRM solutions, manage deployments, and support clients in a hybrid team environment.

This role involves developing custom modules, integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems, and maintaining high-quality applications for a growing client base.
Responsibilities
- Create new modules and applications using diverse technologies
- Build interfaces connecting Dynamics 365 with external end systems
- Develop and maintain custom modifications for customers
- Enhance existing applications and streamline business processes
- Prepare and execute software deployments
- Document code and process workflows
- Address customer inquiries and provide technical support
- Ensure application performance, quality, and security standards
- Perform testing, analyze errors, and resolve bugs
Requirements
- Solid understanding of business processes and technical integrations
- Ability to think structurally and networked
- Resilience and focus under pressure
- Open-minded, independent team player committed to collective growth
- Completed advanced IT training (HF, FH, TS/HFT, or ETH)
Nice to have
- Prior experience in ERP software development, particularly with Dynamics NAV or Business Central
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform
