Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (m/f/d)

Swiss Automotive Group seeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer for a full-time, onsite role in Zürich. The position involves designing and enhancing CRM solutions, translating business needs into technical designs, and supporting projects across their lifecycle.

SAG Digital, a subsidiary of Swiss Automotive Group AG, drives digital transformation in the automotive aftermarket. Based in Zürich, Germany, and Romania, the team develops e-commerce platforms, webshops, and apps for SAG companies, leveraging expertise in cloud, DevOps, Agile development, ERP, logistics, and IT security. The CRM Developer role supports this mission by building scalable, user-focused Dynamics 365 solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Convert business requirements into technical designs focused on usability and scalability
• Create effort estimates and assess technical feasibility
• Develop integrations, custom extensions, and add-ons for Dynamics 365
• Help shape development standards and best practices
• Support projects from start to finish, working closely with business and IT teams

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
