CRM Engineer - Junior

The company is seeking a Junior CRM Engineer to join their team in Geneva. In this position, you will apply Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Microsoft Power Platform to deliver solutions for diverse client projects. The role encompasses the complete project lifecycle, starting with sales support and moving through design, development, testing, and final customer training during implementation.

Responsibilities

• Apply Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Microsoft Power Platform across multiple client assignments.
• Manage the full CRM project lifecycle, including sales support, solution design, development, testing, and customer training during rollout.

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in French.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively in English.

Nice to have

• Foundational programming experience with Microsoft technologies such as .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio.
• Basic understanding of relational database systems like Microsoft SQL Server, or a strong desire to learn.
• Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Azure.
• Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, XML, JavaScript/TypeScript, and CSS.
• Experience with Microsoft products like MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Sales, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, AI, or other CRM platforms.
