Swissquote seeks a Product Engineer in Gland to build AI-powered CRM solutions using Java and coding agents, blending engineering expertise with a product mindset.
This position focuses on developing and maintaining Swissquote's CRM system while integrating it with internal IT and software development tools. The team will soon partner with the customer care department to deliver a comparable Dynamics 365 experience built on proprietary solutions. The role merges advanced software engineering capabilities with a product-focused approach to create AI-driven tools for both staff and clients.
Responsibilities
- Create and sustain AI-generated code applications utilizing coding agents like ClaudeCode.
- Connect with various parts of the Swissquote CRM ecosystem, including MS Dynamics 365, Genesys, and microservice architectures, to deploy solutions into production.
- Work alongside Data Scientists and business stakeholders to provide clear and effective solutions.
- Guarantee that all solutions adhere to the security, compliance, and governance standards required in a regulated financial setting.
Requirements
- Proven track record of developing production-grade software applications.
- Proficient programming abilities in Java and contemporary software development frameworks.
- Practical experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities combined with a product-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the .Net environment is beneficial.
- Prior experience with CRM applications is highly advantageous.
- Background in banking, financial services, or fintech is a plus.
