Solutions Engineer

Neuralconcept seeks a Mid-level Solutions Engineer in Lausanne, CH, to help industry leaders adopt AI in product design. The role bridges business and technology, working with senior stakeholders and engineering teams in automotive, aerospace, and energy sectors.

The Solutions Engineer role at Neuralconcept supports industry leaders in transforming product design through AI. The position requires equal comfort in strategic discussions with executives and technical deep-dives with engineers, acting as a trusted advisor in AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and co-create high-level solution roadmaps for AI-assisted design.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions using Neuralconcept’s platform, collaborating with customer engineering teams and internal developers.
• Guide customers through AI adoption, from proof-of-concept to full integration, ensuring teams are confident and equipped with new workflows.
• Serve as a link between customer requirements and product development by providing feedback to improve the platform.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to engage with senior leaders, build relationships quickly, and align on complex, ambiguous problems.
• Experience in end-to-end solution design, from identifying business needs to developing technical approaches.
• Comfortable in customer-facing roles, navigating both executive discussions and technical sessions with engineering teams.
• Hold a Master's or PhD in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, or have equivalent industrial or consultancy experience.
• Solid grasp of engineering simulation concepts such as CAD/CAE, CFD, or FEM from academic or industry experience.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of machine learning and its application to engineering problems.
• Practical experience with Python and machine learning or deep learning frameworks.
• French language skills.
