Roger Dubuis seeks an AI Solutions Engineer in Geneva to bridge business and technical teams, overseeing AI project delivery and model development within a creative luxury environment.
This position acts as the critical link between business stakeholders and AI development teams. The engineer will oversee AI projects from planning to implementation, ensuring strategic alignment while translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end AI solution delivery, including stakeholder identification, project planning, consultant supervision, and final presentation of results.
- Serve as the main point of contact between technical teams and business units to foster strategic partnerships.
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models, AI agents, and Generative AI applications powered by LLMs.
- Create and refine training materials and translate technical concepts into clear, accessible insights for diverse audiences.
- Facilitate and animate the internal AI VCA community.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing AI projects.
- Strong project management capabilities with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, ML/AI frameworks, Generative AI with LLMs, and cloud platforms.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong collaborative attitude and team player spirit.
- Very good command of English.
