Mid-level AI Solutions Engineer at Richemont in Geneva, bridging business and AI development to deliver end-to-end AI solutions and GenAI applications.
This position serves as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units, overseeing AI initiatives and handling the technical implementation of AI use cases. The role reports directly to the Data Sciences & Engineering Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage AI projects from start to finish, including identifying stakeholders, planning, supervising consultants, and presenting outcomes.
- Act as the main AI contact between technical teams and business units to build strategic partnerships.
- Convert complex ideas into clear insights for non-technical audiences and update training materials to support them.
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models, AI agents, and GenAI-powered applications.
- Facilitate and engage with the AI VCA community.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing AI projects.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Business-focused mindset with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative team player who fosters teamwork.
- Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, ML/AI frameworks, building GenAI solutions with LLMs, and cloud platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and results-oriented with initiative-taking.
- Very good English proficiency.
