Neuralconcept in Lausanne, CH, seeks a mid-level Product Manager with engineering experience to shape AI-driven tools for industrial design. The role requires deep customer engagement, product strategy, and collaboration with engineering and sales teams.

Neuralconcept operates at the intersection of 3D deep learning and industrial engineering, creating software that helps leading manufacturers design products faster and better. The Product Manager role combines engineering credibility with product craft, focusing on how AI can transform industrial engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with OEM engineering teams, simulation experts, and program managers to understand their daily challenges and unmet needs, using active listening and curiosity in every interaction.
  • Turn customer insights, market trends, and technical possibilities into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities, collaborating with Engineering and leadership.
  • Lead product discovery by designing and conducting user research, analyzing findings across customer groups, and creating testable hypotheses for the team to build and refine.
  • Partner with Sales, Application Engineering, and Marketing to ensure product decisions deliver real customer value and support commercial success.
  • Advocate for industrial engineers within the company, ensuring the product remains technically sound, practically useful, and commercially effective.
  • Monitor developments in engineering software, advanced simulation, and AI tools to spot new opportunities, use cases, and competitive advantages.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on engineering experience within a large industrial organization, including involvement in multi-year programs and complex systems.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment such as a hardware company, engineering software startup, or tech firm serving industrial clients.
  • Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
