Nexthink seeks a Mid-Senior Product Manager to lead the Workspace product in Lausanne. This hybrid role focuses on AI-driven digital employee experience, requiring strong product delivery and stakeholder collaboration skills.

This position centers on the Workspace product, a key strategic asset for Nexthink that leverages artificial intelligence. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of this AI-native solution, working closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional groups to execute the product roadmap effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of product features, starting from initial problem identification and discovery through to final release and subsequent iterations.
  • Perform continuous customer research to uncover the specific needs of both end-users and IT teams, converting these insights into actionable product opportunities.
  • Create clear and detailed requirement documentation to ensure the engineering team understands the purpose and specifications of each feature.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and product demos alongside the design and engineering teams.
  • Partner with Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success departments to synchronize launch activities and maintain strategic alignment.
  • Establish key performance indicators for new features and monitor their performance after release to foster ongoing product improvement.
  • Act as the primary advocate for customers by building strong relationships with them and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends in AI, digital employee experience, and enterprise SaaS to guide future product strategy.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience as a Product Manager within a B2B SaaS environment, collaborating closely with engineering teams using agile methods.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage product delivery from discovery and prioritization to launch with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in discovery techniques, including conducting customer interviews, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and applying findings to product decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build trust and collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including drafting concise user stories, presenting to leadership, and leading cross-functional discussions.
  • A proactive and self-starting attitude, characterized by strong organizational skills and a focus on taking ownership of results.
  • Professional-level proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with products focused on Digital Employee Experience, IT operations, or enterprise workplace technology.
  • Background in UX design principles or experience working within a product trio consisting of a PM, designer, and engineer.
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks and product discovery methodologies such as continuous discovery or Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD).
