Awin AG seeks a Mid-level Product Manager to bridge business needs with Salesforce and technology teams, driving CRM roadmap delivery in a hybrid role based in Switzerland.
This position merges product management with operational process expertise to convert complex commercial demands into scalable solutions that support the CRM roadmap. The role requires leading stakeholders across various functions within a fast-paced, global setting to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main connection point between business stakeholders, the Salesforce team, and Product & Technology.
- Assist in defining, maintaining, and delivering the CRM roadmap.
- Conduct structured evaluations of existing business processes and help design future workflows.
- Convert commercial, contractual, and operational requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Business Partners and engineering teams to ensure solutions fit established process models.
- Establish scalable and well-governed CRM data foundations to support reporting and analytics.
- Promote new ways of working and support users during transitions to drive change and adoption.
- Communicate priorities, progress, trade-offs, and outcomes to stakeholders using narratives and data-backed decision making.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in product management.
- Direct involvement with CRM products.
- A strong product mindset capable of framing problems and making trade-offs.
- Ability to translate complex business, contractual, or operational needs into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.
- A data-driven approach to inform decisions.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to create clear product narratives and explain trade-offs.
- Confidence in working with and influencing a broad set of stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams in a global environment.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
- Client-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders plus strong negotiation and influencing skills.
