Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and launch of innovative video solutions that integrate AI and computer vision technologies for seamless user experiences.
  • Ensure Logitech maintains its leading position in the global webcam market through impactful product launches and high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, design, UX, and engineering to bring user insights into market-ready products.
  • Oversee the entire user journey, ensuring products function effectively for diverse audiences across 50+ countries in both B2C and B2B markets.
  • Gather and analyze user and enterprise needs to inform product development and innovation strategies.
  • Shape the future of video interaction by integrating advanced technologies, monitoring competitors, and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Work with business units to explore and execute new revenue streams through innovative product offerings.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, including successful launches of hardware and software solutions.
  • Experience with video technologies and trends, preferably in video hardware development.
  • Proven ability to apply Design Thinking to drive innovation and manage complex projects from concept to market.
  • Strong passion for users, with experience conducting user research and qualitative studies.
  • Solid business understanding and enthusiasm for consumer electronics.
  • Curious, hands-on, autonomous, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities, capable of motivating teams and coordinating across departments.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and integrity.
