Product Manager

Latticeflow, a Swiss AI risk control platform founded by ETH Zürich researchers, seeks a Mid-level Product Manager in Zürich for a hybrid, full-time role. The position involves managing the product lifecycle, collaborating across functions, and advancing secure AI solutions for enterprise clients.

LatticeFlow AI, a Swiss-engineered platform for AI risk control, enables organizations to discover, evaluate, and govern AI risks through measurable, interpretable, and audit-ready controls. Built by AI security experts from ETH Zürich, the platform provides a unified space for scanning AI infrastructure, running evaluations, automating red-teaming, and monitoring risk across AI portfolios. Recognized by Gartner and CBInsights, and trusted by frontier AI labs and Fortune 500 companies, the company is expanding and seeks a Product Manager to help address key challenges in secure and trustworthy AI.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle, from initial research and idea generation to development, validation, and launch.
• Support go-to-market efforts by contributing to product positioning, messaging, and launch planning alongside Marketing and Sales teams.
• Lead product discovery and validation, including researching, prototyping, testing, launching, and refining offerings.
• Translate complex technical projects into clear, actionable roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end product execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and resolving obstacles proactively.
• Stay current with developments in the AI field and assess their impact on secure and trustworthy AI systems.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure product execution supports overall business objectives.
• Create sales and marketing assets such as product factsheets, sales presentations, and website content.
• Improve internal processes to strengthen collaboration between Engineering and other departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in AI or enterprise software.
• Strong execution ability, ensuring timely delivery of product initiatives by managing risks and dependencies.
• Experience collaborating across technical and commercial teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end product launches in global or mid-market B2B settings.
• Excellent ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
• Strong analytical skills to extract insights from market trends and customer feedback.
• Ownership mindset: proactive, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
• Technical background preferred (e.g., Computer Science, engineering, math, or related field).
• Prior experience in machine learning, AI, or MLOps.

• Experience with B2B SaaS products or working in an early-stage startup.
