Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, lead implementation of new features, and present updates to the market.
• Identify inefficiencies in customer onboarding or internal workflows, prototype solutions, and automate them.
• Lead AI and IoT projects, turning abstract concepts into functioning, deployed tools.
• Analyze feature usage, survey the market, and lead content/marketing initiatives backed by data and statistics.
• Act as a bridge between engineering, customer success, and the shopfloor to keep teams aligned.

Requirements

• CAD/CAM experience or shopfloor experience.
• IoT experience.
• Product management experience, or QA/testing, or customer success experience.
• Coding experience.
