This position acts as a crucial link between technical development groups, outside suppliers, and the medical division within a sports organization's anti-doping and health sector. The incumbent helps safeguard the well-being of high-performance athletes by facilitating effective communication and tool adoption in a diverse, international setting.
Responsibilities
- Convert clinical needs into precise User Stories for software developers
- Maintain and order the product backlog and strategic roadmap using Jira or Azure DevOps
- Organize functional checks and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee system quality
- Deliver immediate on-site technical assistance and operational support during significant competitions
- Facilitate training workshops and develop onboarding materials to help medical staff use new digital solutions
- Collaborate with third-party IT vendors to verify adherence to quality benchmarks and schedule milestones
- Direct data modeling and visualization efforts to enhance medical and anti-doping analytical insights
Requirements
- Proficient command of product management platforms like Jira or Azure DevOps
- Solid grasp of API integrations (REST/SOAP) and cloud-based infrastructure
- Background in data modeling, analytics, and visual representation of data
- Demonstrated history in managing B2B product creation and ongoing application support
- Fluent proficiency in English
