Blp Digital, a fast-growing Swiss SaaS scaleup, seeks a Mid-level Platform Developer to build reliable systems for its agentic AI ERP automation platform. The role is hybrid, based in Zurich or remotely across Europe.

Blp Digital is redefining ERP automation by developing AI agents that handle finance, procurement, logistics, and sales for large enterprises. The company’s platform is live in over 40 countries, serving 20,000+ daily active users and automating more than 70,000 processes daily, including for Fortune 500 clients. As one of Switzerland’s fastest-growing SaaS companies, Blp Digital has recently secured investment from Goldman Sachs Alternatives and is expanding into the UK with a London office.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain systems with a focus on reliability and accuracy
  • Enhance system stability through ongoing analysis and iterative improvements
  • Recognize and manage complexity in large-scale systems to maintain control over technical entropy

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Solid grasp of core software engineering concepts including type systems, composition, and testing
  • Experience with functional programming paradigms or languages
  • High precision and attention to detail in development tasks
  • Ability to analyze and reason through complex systems and edge cases

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with distributed systems, Kubernetes, or cloud infrastructure
