Product Manager [Lausanne / Geneva / Zurich]

Taurus SA seeks a Mid-level Product Manager in Geneva to drive the digital asset custody solution roadmap, collaborating with engineering and clients to ensure successful product delivery.

This position supports the full lifecycle of the company’s digital asset custody platform, focusing on product delivery and client success. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and external clients to shape and execute the product roadmap within a FINMA-regulated securities firm.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior leadership in defining and refining the overall product strategy.
• Help build, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap to key stakeholders.
• Track market trends and industry best practices to inform product decisions.
• Gather and analyze requirements from clients and internal teams to support prioritization.
• Identify competitive advantages and gaps to guide future product planning.
• Write business requirements and user stories for upcoming features.
• Work closely with software development teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of roadmap items and proactively address risks.
• Ensure all product development activities comply with internal control frameworks.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create product marketing materials.
• Maintain and update product documentation for business users.
• Review API documentation to ensure it is accurate and easy for clients to understand.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in Product Management or a similar field.
• Direct experience with digital asset infrastructure, custody solutions, or fintech products.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Comfortable engaging with clients for demos, training sessions, and follow-up meetings.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams proactively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
