Project Manager – Release and Enablement

Nexthink seeks a Senior Project Manager for Release and Enablement in Lausanne. This on-site role manages product release timelines, data integrity, and training content publication within the Product Operations team.

Positioned within the Product Operations team, this role serves as the operational backbone for the product portfolio. It sits at the intersection of structured program management and product enablement, ensuring that release processes run smoothly and that stakeholders remain informed through clear communication and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee release schedules, resource distribution, and cross-project dependencies.
• Execute product releases within the designated information system while ensuring data accuracy.
• Generate regular status reports for stakeholders using dashboards, charts, and presentations.
• Monitor project progress to identify and mitigate risks or issues early.
• Manage documentation and facilitate communication throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Maintain operational dashboards tracking learner engagement, content feedback, completion rates, and key performance indicators.
• Assess proposed changes to release schedules before seeking approval.
• Keep an updated change log and communicate approved decisions to all relevant parties.
• Coordinate the creation, publication, and upkeep of release-related communications.
• Administer learning technologies, including the LMS and certification platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end publication of new training materials, such as courses, exams, learning paths, and certifications.
• Coordinate the localization of learning content, certifications, and portal pages.
