The company seeks a Release Manager to lead end-to-end release processes for AMOS, web, mobile, and integrations, ensuring high-quality, predictable delivery through cross-functional coordination and process optimization.
This position focuses on steering the complete release lifecycle for the AMOS platform, web applications, mobile solutions, and various integrations. The role exists to align release activities with business objectives and customer expectations while driving efficiency and quality across all delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the overall release strategy, schedule, governance framework, and associated policies.
- Ensure that release activities align with business goals, customer requirements, quality standards, and security protocols.
- Take ownership of optimizing processes, tools, and automation efforts.
- Champion continuous improvement, compliance, and system resilience.
- Plan and supervise releases for AMOS, web, mobile, and integration components.
- Lead release events, patch cycles, and maintenance windows.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, decision-making, and escalations.
- Coordinate efforts across R&D, QA, Product, Operations, and customer teams.
- Guarantee release readiness, including release notes, pipeline configurations, and app store submissions.
- Assist with testing, beta programs, and customer validation activities.
- Track release performance using dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated background in Release, Delivery, or Project Management within enterprise software settings.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, QA, release governance, and change/risk management.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management capabilities.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment procedures, version control systems (Git/SVN), issue tracking, and automation tools.
- An analytical, process-oriented approach with a track record in metrics, optimization, and continuous improvement.
