Product Owner - Material Planning (100%, all genders) at SWISS Aviation Software

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.
• Define the product vision and roadmap for material planning and inventory optimization modules.
• Translate business processes into clear user stories and requirements.
• Work closely with engineering, UX, and business experts to deliver high-quality features.
• Validate delivered features and drive continuous improvement through user feedback and product metrics.
• Collaborate with airlines, MROs, and CAMO organizations to understand operational needs.

Requirements

• Product Backlog Ownership experience.
• Strong Communication & Collaboration experience.
• Material Planning & Inventory Expertise.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, and material optimization processes.
• Solid mathematical foundation with a practical understanding of optimization and forecasting models and algorithms.
• Ability to translate complex technical and operational processes into clear product requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
