Business Consultant / Airline & MRO / Implementation Project expert

Swiss AviationSoftware seeks a Senior Business Consultant for EMEA to lead AMOS MRO implementation projects, guiding customers from kickoff to go-live while driving digital transformation in technical operations.

As a member of the EMEA Consulting Team, this position supports clients in translating AMOS MRO capabilities into practical, day-to-day operations. The role plays a key part in the company’s mission to advance digital transformation within the aviation technical operations sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage AMOS implementation projects from initial kickoff through to final go-live.
• Establish project scope, develop schedules, track progress, and align stakeholder expectations.
• Work directly with clients to integrate best-in-class MRO processes powered by AMOS.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on digital transformation, focusing on adoption, mobility, and paperless maintenance.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to share expertise with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Practical business experience in airline and MRO sectors.
• Expert-level proficiency in AMOS or comparable ERP systems.
• Demonstrated experience managing digital implementation projects, particularly within airline or MRO contexts using AMOS.
• Hands-on, deep understanding of AMOS at a Key-User or Super-User level.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Valid work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship is preferred.
