Jet Aviation seeks a Senior Manager for MRO Contracts in Basel to lead contractual lifecycle management, tendering, and business development across EMEA and Asia.
This position operates within the Swiss MRO organization, bridging commercial strategy, customer relations, and operational execution. The role focuses on securing company interests internationally, supporting business development, and managing the full scope of contractual activities for maintenance services.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire contractual lifecycle for MRO services, including drafting, negotiating, and renewing frame agreements.
- Oversee administrative compliance and fulfillment of contract terms during the sale and delivery of MRO products.
- Provide guidance on contractual rights and duties, handle amendments, and ensure ongoing compliance and control.
- Act as the primary liaison for customers regarding any changes to MRO frame contracts.
- Lead governmental tendering efforts throughout EMEA, covering analysis, stakeholder coordination, bid preparation, and proposal presentations.
- Assist in developing Jet Aviation coverage programs and prepare General Terms Agreements for major accounts.
- Support contract audits, verify project alignment with contractual terms, and standardize volume discount policies across EMEA and Asia.
Requirements
- Extensive background in aeronautics, contract administration, or the commercial sale of products and services.
- Proven ability to conduct complex negotiations with professionalism and credibility.
- Solid understanding of the aerospace sector, OEM dynamics, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Specific knowledge of the business aviation market within the EMEA region.
