The engineer will manage the full code lifecycle, from initial design to deployment and ongoing operations, tackling real-world customer challenges within a collaborative team setting.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain innovative products and services.
- Develop scalable solutions using cloud-native architectures and microservices within large distributed systems.
- Engage in code reviews and help create technical documentation.
- Construct resilient, cost-effective distributed systems that are scalable and fault-tolerant.
- Utilize and help develop GenAI and AI-driven tools to boost development efficiency and stay updated on new tech.
- Write clean, maintainable code adhering to best practices and design patterns.
- Work within an agile framework, practicing CI/CD principles and handling operational duties like on-call rotations.
- Ensure operational excellence by monitoring systems, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues.
Nice to have
- Prior technical internship experience or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
- Familiarity with AI tools for development, cloud platforms (especially AWS), database systems (SQL/NoSQL), open-source contributions, version control, or debugging complex systems.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Basic knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
