This position focuses on integrating Generative AI tools into daily software delivery workflows. The engineer will help teams adopt AI-assisted practices while maintaining high standards for code quality and engineering effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Integrate Generative AI tools into routine software development tasks
- Guide teams in adopting AI-assisted development methods with discipline and practicality
- Champion engineering best practices across coding, testing, reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
- Enhance developer productivity and engineering outcomes without sacrificing quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
- Over 8 years of hands-on software development experience in modern delivery settings
- Proficiency in Java, C#, TypeScript, Node.js, or Python
- Demonstrated experience using GenAI tools within the software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and code review processes
- Strong grasp of software quality, security, and maintainability principles
- Experience working in Agile, collaborative teams
- Ability to influence teams toward AI-assisted development practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with a low-hype approach to AI
- Experience with GitHub, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools
- Background in coaching teams on AI-assisted development
- Experience in developer productivity or engineering enablement initiatives
