Responsibilities

Requirements
- Multiple years of experience as a Software Engineer, Developer, or in a comparable hands-on engineering position
- Deep knowledge of modern software engineering and delivery practices
- Demonstrated practical experience applying Generative AI tools in routine software development tasks
- Extensive familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, and collaborative development approaches
- Comprehensive understanding of software quality, security, maintainability, and engineering best practices
- Capacity to implement AI-assisted development in a structured, pragmatic, and responsible manner
- Results-driven mindset emphasizing practical solutions and measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities
