Enquirus Communication Project Manager

Roger Dubuis seeks a Senior Communication Project Manager to lead the strategic communications and adoption of Enquirus, the global lost and stolen watch database.

This position is central to establishing Enquirus as the industry standard for protecting watch and jewellery owners. The role focuses on elevating the platform's global visibility through strategic communications, marketing, and partner engagement, ensuring the database becomes the trusted reference point for the sector.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a full communication strategy, including audience segmentation and core messaging that aligns with Enquirus’ mission and brand values.
• Coordinate internal and external communication efforts, liaising with legal teams, digital marketing agencies, and content creators.
• Manage website content updates, email campaigns, and media toolkits to effectively convey the platform’s value to partners.
• Define and enforce communication guidelines, including tone of voice and visual identity standards, to ensure consistency across all materials.
• Determine the optimal distribution channels for reaching different audience segments, such as partner portals, social media, and industry events.
• Conduct a gap analysis of existing communication assets and establish clear approval workflows involving management and legal stakeholders.
• Oversee SEO and SEA strategies to improve platform visibility and track performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Lead the onboarding of external partners, including pre-owned retailers and repair centres, managing API integration and initial relationship building.
• Develop strategies for engaging new retail partners and disseminating information to smaller pre-owned retailers.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to address new requirements arising from partner feedback.
• Plan and execute the company’s presence at major industry events like Watches & Wonders.
• Provide backup support for the Operation Project Manager regarding CRC Management when needed.

Requirements

• At least seven years of experience in communication, marketing, or project management.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a high level of Excel knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
