Based at the firm's Basel location, this position focuses on the coordination and planning of complex architectural projects. The architect will lead the development of structural and design solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams, external consultants, and construction partners while driving projects from concept to on-site execution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage various planning documentation files.
- Work closely with project managers and the broader project team.
- Oversee the creation of architectural and structural designs alongside team members, contractors, and specialists.
- Independently structure and carry out assigned tasks.
- Prioritize work steps proactively, initiate actions based on project phases, and monitor progress.
- Apply strong architectural sensitivity and technical understanding using standard representation methods for design and execution planning.
- Guide the entire architectural creation process with confidence in designated areas.
- Clearly communicate architectural concepts and structural solutions to ensure successful on-site implementation.
- Maintain professional communication with all project stakeholders.
Requirements
- University degree in Architecture.
- At least five years of professional experience in the field.
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM methodologies is mandatory.
- Excellent written and spoken French skills.
Nice to have
- Previous work experience in French-speaking Switzerland or France is considered an advantage.
