The company is looking for a professional to independently manage interior design projects from start to finish. This position requires overseeing all service phases, providing direct client support, and ensuring smooth project execution through effective coordination and administration.
Responsibilities
- Lead interior design projects through every stage of service delivery
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients
- Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets
- Coordinate specialist planners and technical teams
- Review, negotiate, and award contracts with external vendors and service providers
- Handle communications and negotiations with relevant authorities
- Supervise construction site activities
- Manage and guide team members
- Oversee project administration alongside project assistance staff
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of experience managing interior design projects across all work phases
- Proven background in hospitality projects within the 4-star and 5-star sectors
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of furniture, materials, and textiles
- Customer-focused approach to project delivery
- Ability to work independently with a structured methodology
- Strong team collaboration and communication abilities
- Fluency in German and English
Nice to have
- Knowledge of French is considered an advantage
