Project Manager Architecture

Monoplan AG seeks a Mid-level Project Manager Architecture for on-site work in Zürich. The role focuses on hotel and hospitality projects across Switzerland and Europe, requiring strong project management and BIM skills.

The company is looking for a Project Manager Architecture to oversee projects and maintain a comprehensive view across all service phases. This position concentrates on hotel and hospitality developments within Switzerland and the broader European market.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects and keep track of all service phases.
• Collaborate with specialist planners and other stakeholders to shape and refine project content.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, regulatory bodies, and end-users.
• Lead the design, planning, and drawing processes alongside team members.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and key objectives.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure design quality is maintained.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing projects through all service phases.
• A strong appreciation for quality architecture and meticulous details.
• Solid understanding of execution-level processes.
• A client-focused approach to daily tasks.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a structured workflow.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Proficiency with ArchiCAD 3D and practical BIM experience.

Nice to have

• Ability to communicate in French.
