This six-month internship, commencing in September 2026, is designed for students focused on luxury brand operations. The intern will engage in a wide variety of activities, gaining immersion in Swiss corporate culture and organizational practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Events Project Manager regarding the coordination of all event-related tasks.
- Plan, produce, and execute events tailored to specific brand requirements.
- Source suitable vendors, manage service contract negotiations, and oversee vendor performance.
- Develop project schedules, manage logistics, handle hospitality arrangements, and ensure smooth event production.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s program specializing in Luxury.
- Submit a valid internship agreement.
- Be available to begin the position in September 2026.
- Demonstrate fluency in both English and French.
- Possess strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Familiarity with additional Swiss languages.
