Aufgaben

• Daily responsibility in canteen service
• Ensuring a structured, hygienic, smooth and guest-oriented process in daily business and compliance with processes (e.g. HACCP and safety guidelines)
• Accompanying, providing technical support and instructing our employees with performance impairments in everyday work
• Technical planning, definition and further development of gastronomic processes in the area of the canteen, catering and offers

Anforderungen

• Completed training as a catering specialist EFZ or system gastronomy specialist EFZ
• Several years of practical/professional experience in the gastronomy industry
• Sales talent with high social competence and pronounced organizational skills
• IT user knowledge (MS Office) and fluent German in speech and writing
• Engaged, resilient and flexible personality with the ability to act in a solution-oriented manner

Von Vorteil

• Experience in dealing with people with mental difficulties is an advantage or interest and willingness to develop further in this area
