Global Jet Luxembourg seeks a Flight Dispatcher in Geneva to oversee global flight operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction through detailed planning and monitoring.

As a Flight Dispatcher at Global Jet Luxembourg, you will be a central figure in the Operations Control Centre, ensuring that every aircraft operation meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Your work will directly support tailored, worldwide flight operations, playing a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a real-time tactical overview of all Global Jet flights.
• Conduct flight feasibility assessments and detailed route studies.
• Plan flights globally, including complex ETOPS and ultra-long-range missions.
• Prepare and manage all necessary flight documentation.
• Monitor flight progress and ATC slots in real time.
• Execute all duties with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Actively contribute to and support the company’s safety culture and programs.

Requirements

• Hold Swiss citizenship, EU nationality, or a valid Swiss residence permit.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Show a proven track record of effective teamwork.
• Be available and willing to work shift schedules, including nights and weekends.
