Founders Associate – AI Sales and Strategy Internship

Resmonics seeks a Founders Associate for an AI Sales and Strategy internship in Zürich. The role involves developing go-to-market strategies for Quorum, requiring strong German and English communication skills.

This internship places the candidate within the business team to help shape and refine the sales and marketing approach for the new product, Quorum. The position is designed to provide hands-on experience in the early stages of a venture-capital-backed technology startup.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the market landscape for the new product, Quorum.
• Support the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy.
• Source, research, and schedule interviews and meetings with potential clients.
• Generate new leads and secure pilot project opportunities.
• Prepare materials for client meetings, such as business cases and presentation decks.
• Assist with content marketing efforts and social media management.
• Collaborate with the product and technology teams to inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Be comfortable initiating contact with people, companies, and organizations.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
• Maintain an organized work style with a strong attention to detail.
• Commit to a minimum duration of three months, working at least three days per week.
