The company is looking for a senior professional to serve as the head of general projects for its real estate portfolio. In this capacity, the individual will act as the primary client representative, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initial ideation through to final commissioning. The role requires managing internal teams, external planners, and various experts to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of infrastructure to guarantee it is both functional and safe for operation.
- Manage project timelines, enhance performance metrics, and serve as the main contractual contact until the facility is handed over for use.
- Coordinate complex, multidisciplinary workflows involving numerous external partners.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal departments, external stakeholders, future end-users, and regulatory authorities.
- Plan for potential risks, schedule milestones, and monitor profitability to keep expenditures within approved budgets while identifying optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- A technical degree or university-level qualification (SUP) in construction or real estate management.
- Native-level proficiency in Italian (C2).
- Professional working proficiency in German (B2).
