This position involves serving bank customers in German and English, combining customer service with sales to promote financial products. The role supports account openings, product inquiries, and transaction guidance while contributing to sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries about banking products and services in German and English.
• Use sales experience to assess customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Assist customers with account openings, product information, and banking transactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals.
• Address customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Record all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company system.
• Stay updated on banking regulations and product offerings to support clients effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and proficiency in English are required.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in banking or sales, is mandatory.
• Proven sales ability with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Willingness to relocate to Malta and adjust to a new work environment.
