The company is looking for a specialist to join the support team for Dyson, a global leader in premium home technology. This position is fully remote and located within Greece, focusing on delivering high-quality assistance to German-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer assistance to German-speaking users through phone, email, and live chat channels.
• Offer expert advice and troubleshooting for the entire range of Dyson consumer electronics.
• Address questions regarding product usage, technical details, warranty terms, and after-sales services.
• Manage order processing, returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with efficiency.
• Keep precise and detailed records of all customer interactions within internal CRM systems.
• Work closely with internal departments and escalate complex technical problems when necessary.
• Stay informed about new product releases, firmware updates, and technological innovations.
• Achieve and surpass individual and team performance targets.

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in German, both spoken and written, is required.
• Holders must possess a valid EU passport or legal authorization to work in the European Union.
• Candidates need to be proficient with computers, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting within Greece is essential.
