Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a German-speaking Digital Sales Consultant for an onsite role in Poland, focusing on B2B client acquisition and account management within the German market.
This position serves as the primary liaison between the company and German-speaking partners, facilitating connections to portfolio opportunities. Operating within a B2B framework, the consultant drives business growth by managing client relationships and identifying strategic expansion avenues.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects in the German market.
- Establish and nurture strong connections with B2B clients and key stakeholders.
- Serve as the central contact point, linking partners with growth opportunities.
- Increase revenue by managing accounts and spotting upselling potential.
- Work with partners to ensure long-term success and strategic growth.
- Advise clients on their business objectives and advertising requirements.
- Expand account value through cross-selling and upselling strategies.
- Maintain and develop lasting relationships with German-speaking accounts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee successful onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Track campaign results and suggest optimizations based on data.
- Provide high-quality client service and continuous account support.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German proficiency (C1/C2) alongside solid English skills (B2+).
- Possession of EU citizenship and a valid passport.
- Minimum of one year of sales experience in business-facing roles.
