Global Quality Finance Enterprise Partner and Enabler

Roche seeks a Senior Global Quality Finance Enterprise Partner in Basel to support Pharma Technical Operations Quality with strategic financial guidance, stakeholder collaboration, and financial analysis within an agile network.

This position serves as a dedicated financial partner for the Global Quality team within Pharma Technical Operations. The role focuses on connecting information across various channels, analyzing financial impacts, and communicating insights to the PT Finance head and other key stakeholders. Operating within agile networks, the role bridges financial data with quality operations to drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main financial advisor to the Global Technical Operations Quality leadership.
• Deliver strategic financial advice regarding investments in quality systems, compliance projects, and resource allocation for corrective and preventive actions.
• Partner with quality teams to convert performance metrics into practical financial insights.
• Develop and support business cases for quality-focused initiatives, ensuring financial discipline in decisions affecting manufacturing harmonization and risk reduction.
• Act as an influencer and coach within the Finance network, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive execution through effective stakeholder management.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in financial consolidation within a multinational setting.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing finance, particularly concerning cost of goods sold and inventory consolidation.
• Fluent written and spoken English skills.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially quality or compliance departments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with IFRS, ACCA, or CPA standards is advantageous.
• Background in internal controls and external audits is a plus.
