Finance Manager (m/f/d) Lucerne

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee month-end closing activities in line with Accounting Standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Finance, Supply Chain, Internal Control, Tax, VAT, and Treasury
• Coordinate with Global Delivery Operations teams in Lisbon and Kuala Lumpur
• Drive process improvements, simplification, and automation initiatives
• Partner closely with the Tax team on income tax reporting
• Review complex agreements to ensure accurate accounting treatment
• Oversee payroll accounting, including expatriate and inpatriate recharges
• Perform account reconciliations using Blackline
• Ensure accurate inventory, fixed asset, and transfer pricing accounting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with relevant experience
• Strong expertise in accounting and financial reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good understanding and practical application of US GAAP and Swiss GAAP
• High level of integrity and commitment to ethical standards and compliance
