Swisslinx is hiring entry-level Graduate Recruitment Consultants for its Zurich office. This on-site role focuses on sales and candidate sourcing within the Swiss market, offering training and performance-based earnings.

This position serves as an entry point for recent graduates aiming to build a career in recruitment sales. The successful candidate will engage in every stage of the sales cycle within the Swiss market, with the clear objective of progressing to a full Recruitment Consultant role.

Responsibilities

• Perform research on the market and databases to locate potential candidates both locally and globally.
• Reach out to, screen, and evaluate prospective candidates.
• Take part in various sales activities.
• Build and sustain professional connections with both clients and candidates.

Requirements

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities and a persuasive demeanor.
• Hold a university degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• Communicate fluently and effectively in English.
• Maintain a professional conduct and adhere to high ethical standards.
• Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and a natural drive for sales.
• Show initiative and a willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.

Nice to have

• Ability to speak German and/or French.
• A genuine interest in the IT, Financial, Pharma, or Engineering sectors.
