Recruitment Consultant – NLI

CTC Resourcing Solutions AG seeks a Recruitment Consultant for its Non-Life Insurance division in Basel. The role focuses on sourcing candidates and managing the full recruitment lifecycle for insurance clients.

This position supports the Non-Life Insurance (NLI) division of CTC Resourcing Solutions AG, a specialized recruitment agency for Life Sciences and Healthcare. The consultant will handle the complete hiring cycle for insurance-related roles, acting as the primary link between the agency and its clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract suitable candidates for Non-Life Insurance positions.
• Develop and sustain a robust pool of potential hires.
• Perform initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Work closely with client organizations to define staffing requirements.
• Oversee the entire recruitment workflow from start to finish.

Requirements

• Demonstrated background in recruitment, ideally within insurance or finance.
• Proficient in building professional networks.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and German.
