Head Group Processes & Data Governance

Stäubli seeks a Manager for Group Processes & Data Governance in Pfaffikon to define and improve end-to-end business processes and master data standards across the organization.

The company is looking for a professional to lead the definition, governance, and continuous enhancement of its global business process landscape and master data governance. This role ensures that clear standards, accountability structures, and governance mechanisms are established to drive alignment, efficiency, and data integrity across all divisions. The incumbent will orchestrate the Group Process Owner network to support these objectives.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine a Group-wide framework for process and data governance, covering standards, policies, roles, and escalation paths.
• Oversee end-to-end process performance and harmonization by defining KPIs and leading continuous improvement efforts.
• Manage robust master data governance, including ownership models, data standards, and quality frameworks.
• Lead the Group Process Owner network to ensure consistency, alignment, and resolution of cross-functional issues.
• Prioritize and manage the governance project portfolio, coordinating execution with IT and business units based on strategic value.
• Act as a governance ambassador by driving communication, adoption, and change enablement, while supporting steering committees.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in business process management and management systems at a program level.
• Proven track record in process governance within complex, multi-division, or matrix organizations.
• Strong experience with SAP and data governance frameworks, particularly master data management.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end process design, governance models, and KPI/performance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrix environment without direct authority.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
• Analytical, structured mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and change management skills to foster adoption of standards and governance practices.
• Fluency in English and either German or French is required.
