Roche seeks a Director to lead the global adoption of Roche Information Solutions, driving commercial strategy, team leadership, and market expansion from Rotkreuz, CH.
This senior leadership position is tasked with accelerating the uptake of Roche Information Solutions (RIS) across global markets and affiliates. The role focuses on removing barriers to widespread adoption, leveraging commercial frameworks, and collaborating with the Go-to-Market Strategy team to refine market entry blueprints and identify new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Market Adoption team to ensure high performance and continuous professional growth.
- Analyze financial flows, value pools, and market trends to generate actionable commercial insights.
- Create and implement comprehensive revenue and payer strategies at the portfolio level.
- Align and prioritize Commercial Evidence initiatives, including Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR).
- Provide strategic clinical guidance to digital transformation projects and lead clinical digital transformation specialists.
- Partner with regional teams to identify and pursue opportunities that shape the market.
- Ensure IT readiness and strict compliance with data residency and regulatory standards.
- Establish scalable and consistent customer success practices across all global markets.
- Collaborate with Global Business Development and Partnering teams to advance adoption goals.
- Develop strategies to comply with local data residency policies while unlocking revenue pathways.
- Design and deliver scalable models for clinician engagement and customer success.
- Generate commercial evidence to demonstrate value and return on investment (ROI).
Requirements
- Over 15 years of commercial experience within the healthcare sector.
- More than 15 years of experience in marketing, selling, or implementing software and IVD products.
- Proven track record in end-to-end commercialization, including marketing, sales, implementation, and support.
- Experience driving sales, adoption, and cross-selling of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
- Deep understanding of laboratory workflows, diagnostic value drivers, and clinical decision-making.
- History of managing and scaling complex, large-scale installations of Lab Insights products.
- Ability to define a clear vision, develop digital acceleration strategies, and design compensation plans.

- Prior experience as a General Manager or Business Unit Manager within a local affiliate.
- Results-oriented leadership with experience in developing compensation plans to meet sales targets.
