Hospitality and Event Senior Manager

Richemont seeks a Senior Manager to lead global event strategy and hospitality for Roger Dubuis, ensuring exceptional client experiences and brand visibility across key markets.

This position is tasked with defining and executing high-impact events and hospitality services for Roger Dubuis’ exclusive clientele. The role aims to strengthen the brand’s luxury market position by enhancing visibility and fostering deep client engagement through tailored experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the annual global calendar for brand events.
• Plan and oversee an event roadmap across roughly 10 major markets, including KPI tracking and performance analysis.
• Develop event toolboxes for new product launches to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Provide support to local markets for their event activations.
• Elevate Manufacture Visits into essential components of the client journey.
• Optimize hospitality services at the Manufacture, boutiques, and during brand events.
• Design innovative in-boutique activations that highlight craftsmanship and enhance client experience.
• Establish a client-first tone of voice and emotional touchpoints to drive brand cohesion.
• Produce and distribute an annual catalogue with client treatment guidelines, visual merchandising standards, and POS materials.
• Consolidate and review market orders for POS materials to ensure global alignment.
• Handle purchasing processes based on global quantities and orders.
• Set market pricing for items and create reference requests in SAP using established nomenclature.
• Oversee stock management for all POS materials.
• Serve as the primary liaison for other Richemont Maisons on Group projects.
• Define music style guidelines for boutique environments.
• Oversee uniform guidelines to ensure brand consistency and luxury appeal.
• Lead sponsorship contracts for event and client activations from negotiation to execution.
• Ensure meticulous execution of event logistics, product handling, client screening, and personalized room deliveries.
• Collaborate with the Retail team to use database insights for targeted client engagement.
• Manage and control the budget for all events and hospitality activities.
• Oversee invoice management and follow-up processes within SAP.
• Liaise with accounting to ensure timely supplier payments.
• Manage annual accounting phasing for financial accuracy and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in hospitality management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, event management, or brand experience, preferably in watchmaking or luxury goods.
• Proven success in planning and executing high-profile global events.
• Deep understanding of luxury client expectations and experience in creating bespoke client journeys.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
• Leadership and team management abilities for a team of two.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages are preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
