Richemont seeks an Event Intern in Meyrin to support high-end luxury brand activations, coordinating logistics, vendors, and production for exclusive events.
This internship places you within the Cartier family, offering immersion in the world of high-end jewelry, timepieces, and accessories. Based in Meyrin, the position provides a deep dive into the organization’s operations and Swiss corporate culture while supporting the Events Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support the Events Project Manager in coordinating all event-related activities.
- Plan, produce, and execute events tailored to specific brand needs.
- Source suitable vendors, negotiate service agreements, and oversee their performance.
- Develop project schedules, manage logistics, handle hospitality arrangements, and ensure smooth event production.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Luxury.
- Must submit a valid internship agreement.
- Available to begin the role in September 2026.
- Fluent proficiency in both English and French.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of additional Swiss languages.
