Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and handle their registration process
• Maintain a professional appearance and manage wardrobe standards
• Answer guest questions politely, resolve minor concerns, and escalate complex issues to supervisors
• Work closely with team members to deliver high-quality service and assist colleagues during peak times

Requirements

• Completion of high school or an equivalent qualification
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with others
• A friendly demeanor with a clear focus on customer satisfaction
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Fluency in either German or French
• Proficient command of English
• Professional conduct and presentation at all times

Nice to have

• Prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles
• Current enrollment in a hotel management program
